Trying to Change Him
Dating someone you want to change is a big waste of time. You don’t want to date a man who wants to change who you are, right? So why pick a man you like, well…except for…that one thing that really bugs you. Instead of moving on, you decide, “It’s ok, I’ll just change that about him.”
The dating advice – pick someone else. You are going to spend so much energy attempting to get him to change something about himself to be more to your liking, and it’s only because you don’t totally believe another guy will come along. If whatever it is that bugs you is really that bad, maybe that should be a deal breaker so you will automatically pass on the next guy who has or does that. If it isn’t really that important to you, then why are you trying to change it in him?
Dating Advice About The One That Got Away
It’s a sad day when you realize that you missed out on a man who may have been the right one, but you were so blinded by the charm of another that you let a good one pass you by. Consistently choosing men who are trouble might be exciting, but can you make a life together?
The dating advice – give yourself a break from dating. Really consider what’s important to you. Some of this means digging into your own emotional baggage and understanding your own dating patterns. Once you know yourself a little better, and believe you deserve a good man, your entire outlook on who you date will change. And, the next time a good one comes along, you’ll know.
