In the world of deliberatedating.com, and even in my book, I talk about knowing yourself, what you want, and having the courage to live your standards.
Part of doing so includes giving the guy a chance. You know the guy I mean… he doesn’t quite fit what you picture in your mind to be the man to add to your life, yet he meets your deal breakers. You can’t quite figure out if he’s a candidate for Mr. Right, yet he treats you like gold. There’s something about him that makes you curious, but you can’t quite put your finger on what that is.
The best way to proceed is to keep dating him. You’ll eventually figure out what makes you so curious and in the meantime, you just might discover he’s the right one after all.
Sometimes deliberate dating is having the patience to wait and see what evolves.
